It seems like the camera to my headset is broken as flashlight mode only displays part of my surroundings and there are vertical glitch lines above the viewable section. Can anyone confirm if there is an issue with my hardware?

I can see how that would be difficult. It seems like hardware related issue with the Virtual Reality Headset, as we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.
