Hello Ysub,
that’s quite simple. Go to support.hp.com and log into your account. There you can click on Contact HP support. You have to have your product registered to continue, so do this before proceeding. Then you can choose telephone support. They will then send you a new cable and if that doesn’t work out you are offered to test another headset as well.
