HP Rverb Pro
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased a Reverb Pro and received it yesterday. I set ii up and find that only the left controller works. I have been unable to pair the right controller following the instructions found on the web. I have looked at the HP Support video on setting up the reverb which suggested that I launch the "HP Reverb Headset Setup" app -I cannot find this app anywhere! If anyone knows how to pair the right hand controller please let me know what to do.

I resolved the problem by installing a Bluetooth dongle on my computer. I’m not sure why this worked as the left controller was paired and worked perfectly before I installed the dongle. However, once I had the dongle installed, I was able to ’discover’ and connect the right controller.

Odd because according to the online instructions it does say that the controllers are already paired to the headset out of the box. So it wasn't connecting to your headset maybe, but it was to the dongle?
