I'm having issues with my headset shortly after purchasing it including a black screen and audio cutting out. I am unable to contact hp support because my serial number is not being recognized by the site. How can I contact support to address the issue?

Hello @joidfbkb

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.

- First you need a proof of purchase (invoice).

- Then it depends on where you bought it, directly from (A) HP or from (B) another vendor?

- The product number (p/n) and the serial number (s/n) is very important.

(A) Contact HP Support
(B) contact the vendor, they will contact HP

Try your luck

Thanks for the input. I bought it through the official hp store on ebay. I tried messaging them through ebay, but haven't recieved a response. How can I contact hp directly? Their customer service is gated by a serial number requirement which isn't working.

Hello @joidfbkb

(B) contact the vendor, they will contact HP

Friendly and clearly point out problem to vendor, who will have to solve it, either by shipping new unit or by clarifying it internally with HP.

Good luck
