HP Reverb G2 - Right Controller
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've barely used the VR System since getting it, mostly for this reason.

Since the start one controller (the left) worked fine, headset worked great, but the right controller simply can't track. It can connect via bluetooth, its buttons work, but it hasn't once been able to figure out its own physical location. It makes most VR programs very difficult, being one handed.

I've treated both controllers very carefully since opening the box, and exactly the same way as each other, yet one (the right) simply has never been able to track. I've tried everything.

I would love to talk to an HP support member about my warranty, and get a replacement.

@Dean_Walker

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. this sounds like hardware related issue with the Controller.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.
