Product: HP Pavilion 15-au030wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
Someone please help me. I have been trying to figure out a way to download Sims 4 on origin for months. I just spent over an hour on hold with HP support for them to tell me they can’t help me because I can’t afford to renew my warranty right now. The error it’s showing is Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x86 minimum runtime 14.23.27820
