Reverb G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I love my Reverb, when it works, but it rarely does.

Since a Windows update about a year ago every time I want to use it, WMR pops up and says there's a problem with the USB port and I need to try another one.  I do this and it works.  Sometimes.  However after the next sleep or shut down it does the same thing and I have to swap it back to the first port.  Rinse and repeat.

Now, I have no idea if this is a Windows or HP problem, I have no idea how I'd find out, and I'm sure both would argue it's the others problem.  Yes I've restarted, reinstalled, uninstalled, cleaned, manually deleted, installed, blah blah.

While this might not sound like a huge problem you need to take into consideration a few facts.  The PC is on top of a very heavy table, back to the wall, it's the only way it can be as I always need access to the front.  I'm in a wheelchair and moving this table is a right ball ache as I have a sim rig bolted to the table and I have loads of other stuff I need in reach.  Big ball ache!

Has anyone else come across this and have a fix?  If not does anyone have any recommendations for a replacement headset with the same clarity that doesn't constantly try to piss you off?
