So in a nutshell, I spilled some tea on my keyboard and now 4 keys are sticky and stuck, Is there a way to clean them? Maybe a way to remove them safely?

Hi @czajuszka,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Sorry to hear about the tea spill! you can often fix sticky keys with a little careful cleaning. Here's a step-by-step guide for your HP 350 Compact Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard.
Materials You'll Need:
- A small flathead screwdriver or keycap puller (optional).
- Isopropyl alcohol (90% or higher).
- Cotton swabs or a soft microfiber cloth.
- Compressed air (optional).
- Small bowl of warm, soapy water.
Cleaning Procedure:
Remove the Sticky Keycaps
Most keycaps can be removed gently:
Insert a flathead screwdriver or keycap puller under the edge of the sticky keys.
Apply gentle upward pressure until the keycap pops off. Be careful not to damage the underlying mechanism.
Pro Tip: Take a photo of the keyboard layout before removing keycaps to make reassembly easier.
Clean the Keycaps
- Soak the sticky keycaps in a bowl of warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes.
- Gently scrub them with a soft cloth or brush if needed.
- Rinse and let them air-dry completely before reassembling.
Clean the Keyboard Surface
- Use a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean the area under the keycaps and remove any sticky residue.
- Avoid soaking the area—use minimal liquid to prevent damage.
- Use compressed air to remove debris around the switches.
Reassemble the Keycaps
Once everything is dry, press the keycaps back onto their switches until you feel them click into place.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
