How do I get the @ on the keyboard???? I press Ctrl and key 2 and I get ". but the symbol on the 2 key is @. and I want the @ please can you help. Its very frustrating when I cant set anything up as I need to input my email and of @@@@@@ is very important!!!!

If the keyboard is the one shown in Amazon here:  HP Pavilion Gaming Wired Mechanical Keyboard 800 

(then)

The keyboard shows a numeric keypad on the right side.

 

Switch ON the Numeric keypad

Press and hold the ALT key > press the numbers 64
