HP has this part in stock in the US, but it is very pricey and they will only ship it inside the US:

This part is available at a decent cost ($24.99 -excluding S/H + tax) via eBay -at least in the US: 940814-001 CABLE 2in1 HDMI2.0+USB3.0 3.6Meter | eBay.

However, looking under "Shipping and handling", the Seller excludes shipping to various nations, including Ukraine and the Russian Federation.

FYI: Another option would be HP part L04717-001 ("Cable - Video 2n1 0.6M, Shiva") if you can get it. This cable happens to work with the original HP Mixed Reality Headset, but you will need to buy an HDMI and a USB extension cable because the headset cable is only 60 cm (2 feet) long.
