Product: GK100 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, purchased a HP GK100 gaming keyboard from amazon. But I am unable to to check the warranty of the product as the serial number comes as invalid and also unable to connect to an HP agent due to the same issue.

 

Amazon lists a 3 year warranty but the box listed a 1 year warranty. Any help on the same is appreciated.
