I have the same exact issue.
Day one of using this, and the lack of documentation and support on this is frustrating.
I have tried the following combinations to updating the firmware (package version 1.0.6.0).
Windows 10 Desktop - USB-C to USB-C + DisplayPort connection
Windows 11 Laptop - USB-C to USB-B + HDMI connection
I also cannot control the LED lighting at ALL on OSD, Omen Gaming Hub, or anything else.
