Mouse

I am facing an issue with my HP S1000 Silent/Lightweight Wireless Optical Mouse. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot register the product for warranty as the system keeps rejecting my serial number with an "invalid serial number" error. I have double-checked the serial number on the product label to ensure there are no typos or formatting errors, yet it still doesn’t work.

Additionally, I am unable to reach HP support because the phone and chat systems require a valid serial number to proceed. This has left me stuck without a way to get assistance.

I request HP to manually verify my serial number in their database, escalate this case to the warranty team, and provide a direct contact method where I can resolve this issue without the serial number barrier. Immediate action is needed to fix this problem and ensure proper customer support.

Hello,

It seems you're having trouble with the warranty registration for your HP S1000 Mouse. To resolve this, please ensure that you are entering the correct serial and model number when registering the product. If the details are correct, try using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache, as this can sometimes resolve any website-related issues.

If the issue persists, it would be best to reach out to HP support directly for further assistance or contact the retailer you purchased it from.
