Product: OMEN Mindframe Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey I have had my OMEN headset (3rd one) and the dropdown mic is going out again so I decided to get a Yeti USB desktop mic. Is there any way to get these two to work together? The OMEN headset just being used as headphones more or less and the USB mic as my communications device. I haven't had any luck in making it work or finding support on this issue anywhere.

The headset uses different jack physically and your desktop normally has 2 different ports 1 for headphone or line-out and 1 for microphone. I can't find a suitable adapter (2 to 1), only other way around (1 to 2) including USB option.

 

Because headsets are designed for for combo ports  (headphone & microphone). You can buy a cheap microphone and a cheap headphone for your desktop. The headset should work with nearly all notebooks. Please do not force headset to port on desktop.
