Hello,
i just today bought New Hp Computer, and dowloaded some games, and then i saw that i can't use keyboard and touchpad at same time, i tryed shuting off ''SmartSense'' but it din't helped any solves? thanks tryed update Synaptics after update same i tryed at taps all sensetiviti from low to most... it didn't helped any solves? thanks for ur time by the way operating sistem is ( Windows 10 Home 64-bit

I recommend you uninstall the touchpad driver from device manager and then download and install it from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92001-92500/sp92418.exe
