The seams in my OMEN by HP Citadel Gaming Chair are starting to open looks really bad some kind of manufacturing issue who should I contact? - The virtual agent is useless.

The Virtual Agent is likely just not trained in what to do about an Omen Chair.
Perhaps having been reported, the internal teams will take a look.
Good catch.
What else?
Normally, when there is a Warranty device issue, you should contact HP Support.
That assumes a few things, including:
- That the chair has a serial number (likely, though I haven't any idea if that is the case).
- HP Tech Support has access to the database that contains this information.
What to do?
Option 1: Contact HP Support - if you can do so, it is usually much faster when you submit the case yourself.
or...
Option 2: Wait here for our moderators to handle the request...
