Product: Omen 800 headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The left speaker has just gone really quite all of a sudden so i took the earmuff of and it seemed fine but when i put the muff back on the speaker was really quiet again.and is there a way i can fix this ????

So if you press around the left side of the ear piece, does it make any difference?
Im guessing a connection is loose and why when the pad is on, the connection is altered. Just my guess.
If you are still under warranty, you need to contact HP and make a claim...
