Hey why won’t my omen keyboards lights turn on they worked fine for a couple of weeks then just stopped what do I do ?

Are you able to access the Omen Command Center to enable the lighting?

Also F11 might have turned the intesity down to zero. Will it not function also?

 

If not, the only thing I know of is a hardware failure in the board. You would have to contact HP Support directly (not this forum) for a warranty issue.

I have my keyboard plugged into my xbox and the lights worked then they stopped working after the second day

XBOX? Sorry I wont be able to help you much with XBOX. That keyboard is setup to work on Windows with dedicated software.

 

I can only offer a suggestion.

Holding the FN key and tapping the F11 key are supposed to change the intensity of the lighting from off to full on.

Try pressing and holding the FN key and tap the number 1 key. Do this for all the numbered keys.

If nothing happens, try FN and each F key above the numbers.

Hope that works. Otherwise I would have no way of knowing whats happening.
