Does the below product have built in speakers ?

You're very welcome.

On page 2 of the document, the specs indicate that there is an audio out jack.

Connectivity/ports

• 1 DisplayPort™ 1.4
• 2 HDMI 2.0
• HDCP support: DisplayPort™ and HDMI
• 1 x 3.5 mm Audio Jack (Audio Out)

Sorry if this is a daft question so does "Audio out" basically means I need desktop speakers for the monitor ?

That is correct, or you can connect the desktop speakers to your PC's audio out port.
