Hey guys. im having trouble with my mouse. ive seleted the dpi i want and have changed the colour that i like, however the mouse is pulsating my colour and i just want it to be solid. it was working but now has decided to pulsate. any help possibly?

Welcome to HP Forums!

Here's what you need to do, to change the light on your mouse according to your preferences:

 

To change the light color, click the left mouse button while pressing and holding the sniper button 1 and back button 2. By default, it is red. If you change the DPI setting, it overrides this light color setting.

 

To change the lighting effect, click the DPI setting button 4 while pressing and holding the sniper button 1 and back button 2. By default, the light is solid in a single color.
