Controllers won't turn on for reverb vr headset

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

1. Insert 2 AA batteries into each controller. Don’t put the battery cover back on yet, though.
2. Press and hold the Windows button for 2 seconds to turn on each controller. They’ll buzz when they turn on.
3. Put the controllers in pairing mode. The pairing button is inside the battery compartment. Press and hold it until the controller lights start flashing.
4. On your PC, go to Settings  > Devices  > Bluetooth & other devices and then select Add Bluetooth or another device> Bluetooth.
5. When the controllers appear, select them to pair.
