hp mouse dual mode 300

i play a lot of fps and i got a hp mouse dual mode 300. recently i have noticed that the dpi was changing i thought my mouse was not working or something was wrong and i noticed that when i hold right and left click down it changes the dpi which made it so i cant aim and shoot at the same time without changing the sensitivity i want to change the buttons and do not know how

FPS usually uses 2000 or higher DPI. 

Are you using Omen game hub?

Even if you are not using it go here and read this.

Get a reddit account if necessary and ask over there for help.

There are several HP game forums.
