My keyboard & mouse set is 4 months old. Both are faulty - the keyboard types whatever letters it likes and the mouse is really unpredictable. I am unable to get HP support as I cannot identify a serial number, is there an alternative?

If your keyboard and mouse set is faulty and you're unable to find the serial number for HP support, here are some alternative steps you can take:
1. Check for Labels or Packaging:
- Look for any labels on the bottom of the keyboard or mouse that might have the serial number.
- If you still have the original packaging, the serial number may be printed on it.
2. Use HP Support Assistant:
- If you have the HP Support Assistant installed, it can help you identify your device and provide support options.
- Open the app, and it may show you product information without needing a serial number.
