Hi

I have a Pavilion 360 14 dw convertible, one of the key caps have popped off and broken the scissor clip  i need help finding a trustworthy soarse to buy a new one and what style to buy as there are so many.

I would temporarily connect external USB keyboard to continue working with notebook.

 

If you're brave, you can try to insert the key, but I would have HP officially fix it. That is my personal opinion.

 

If the key and the plastic holder underneath are not damaged, you can put it back with skill.

However, you need a steady hand, time and patience.

thanks for the advice i will probably have it professionally fixed the issue isn't that the key came out its that the scissor clip has the piece that holds it together broke.
