To help us resolve your issue, could you answer a few questions to get started?
- Is your mouse connected to a laptop or desktop?
- Are you using a wired or wireless mouse?
- If it’s a wireless mouse, is it connected via Bluetooth or through a USB receiver?
- Have you tried plugging the mouse into a different USB port (if it’s wired) or re-pairing it (if it’s wireless)?
- Is the mouse lag or hang occurring consistently, or does it seem to happen randomly?
- Have you tried using the mouse on another computer to see if the problem persists?
Also, could you please share your HP unit's serial number or product number with us via private message?
