Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a new OMEN sequencer keyboard, straight out of the box, i've only been using it for a month but i noticed a very annoying issue that didn't happen to me with my last keyboard which i've had for years. sometimes, in a completly random fashion, my keyboard starts to auto press keys without me even touching it, and it can only be solved by restarting the computer. i've checked wheather filter keys are on due to another question i've found in the same subject, but the are off and i have no idea what else i could try

Hi @BuZuki_ro

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for your response.

Could you please try connecting another wired keyboard to your system and check if another keyboard has the same issue?

Let me know.

I actually did so already today and the second keyboard (my old one that I used until last month) worked completely fine, once again the problem with the omen keyboard can happen at random so there's really no way to monitor it, but I can confirm that the other keyboard never gave me this issue, including when I used it today
