Product: hp gaming keyboard k500f

some keys have stopped working or only work if we press them harder and I want to claim a warranty and get it repaired or replaced with a new one I am a gamer so the w, a,s,d,capslock ,shift ,ctrl all these keys are becoming dull and hard to use day by day all this happened in just a few months as it has 3 years warranty i want to claim
