I would recommend getting a whole pack and replacing all of the switches because the problem may occur in  the other switches. You can buy a 70 piece set here.

If you only want to replace the spacebar key switches I found a 10 piece set  here. The 10 piece set will allow you to replace the spacebar switches and still have some left over just in case. There is no soldering involved, they should just pop on and off.

Either something like dust may have gotten stuck, or the switch may need re-greased. How long have you had the keyboard, and how long has this problem been going on?

had it for like a half a year by now  and it started the first week then i fixed it for a while by blowing it clean with air but this is the 5th time that it has become sticky

If you got it used then the person before you might have gotten something really stuck inside, but if blowing it out works then there are probably foreign particles stuck in it. The best way to fix that is by blowing it out an try to limit anything like eating, drinking, etc near it. If that doesn't work you may be able to buy new switches and replace the old ones. I hope that helped.
