Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am missing Comfort option from HP Omen hub app.I got that option all the time and today i notice that my laptop is overheating and that my fans are not spinning fast as usual.Then i went to HP Omen hub app and notice that i am missing Comfort option in the app.Why is that and how to get it back?!
I cant use my laptop without that option because it is overheating like hell!

Please use Windows Store, search fo HP Gaming Hub and install to your machine. You now can use OGB instead.

I did that,and it is same.I did install new windows,all drivers,update bios,every possible option and i am still missing that mod.
And no one can help me with this problem.Waiting for someone from HP to tell me why the hell is that happening?!
