Whenever I run games, my PC crashes to a black screen. However, sometimes it will restart instead of going to a black screen. Additionally, the audio still lingers for a few seconds up to minutes after the crash, it seems to be random.
Hardware:
Ryzen 7 3700x
Moria3 MOBO
RTX 2060
2x 8gb HyperX Fury RAM
256 m.2 ssd & 1tb hdd
I remember that when I originally got this pc, I had similar issues and returned it. The technician at Best Buy suspected that it may be an issue with the GPU, so I think that this issue is the same.

Hello
it is now no longer guaranteed?
If you already had this problem, that your dealer did nothing, I advise you to go back to see him!
you have a possible hardware problem
graphics card, overheating, another component may be

My warranty expired about a month ago, so I can’t return it or get it fixed. When I first got the pc and I had the same issue, I returned it and got a new pc, but it was the same model. I think there is an issue present with how this specific manufacturer OEM gpu is made which causes this issue, because I have seen others on this board with the same problem.

Update:
I tested my pc with a different gpu, and it worked fine. This confirms that the gpu has gone bad, though I still don't know why. However, the gpu that I used to test this isn't mine, I'm just borrowing it, so I still need a more permanent solution to this, if there is one.

Sorry I just got home!
Since no longer guaranteed, that's what I would have proposed, try another graphics card
But see the one we gave you, what model, what power supply required?
Normally it should be fine, but I see here that it is a 500w box..
if the power supply is not powerful enough, then you may have no choice but to buy a graphics card
Try to see if your graphics card can work in another computer..

A friend offered to test my gpu in his pc, so I’ll get to see if it works on different hardware. Also, there’s a micro center near me, so I could bring in my gpu to have it looked at by one of their technicians. I’ll get back once my friend’s done testing it.

So I finally got my gpu back from my friend. All the tests he ran on it came up with the same issues. It would load for a little bit, and then crash. He tried to run the Heaven benchmark, but it also crashed. I’m probably going to take it to micro center next and see if I can get a diagnosis. Also, I recently learned about RMA, which means I might be able to return the gpu and get a refund from HP

Yes, try because the warranty expired a short time ago..
But don't get the wrong idea, it may be complicated, if not impossible.
But give me the result, if possible
Well, sorry, I can't do anything more here, for you, since it's material, as I thought..
