HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

first thing i want to mention is that the HP Site says my Warranty for the Reverb G2 is gone. I bought this Device in May 2021, so its under waranty as far as i know. Picture  added.

Since i got the Reverb, i had some issues in connection as it only works at 1 USb Port.. and many sound Issues where it gets disconnected at sound-Device, but the Picture stays like it should.

I´ve read about that this issue most likely comes from the Cable, and that there´s a replaceable one, which fixes the issues.

As i couldn´t find any E-mail to connect to the Support, i´m trying it here.

I hope you can help me with fixing my issue as its sometimes really hard to enjoy gaming because of the many issues. And thats for 700€....

Sorry for bad English and PC Specs are as followed:

Ryzen 5 1600x

MSI RTX 2070 S

MSI x370 Gaming pro Carbon

32GB GSkill Trident 3200 RAM
