syncom.dll cannot be found  for hpomencmd.exe where can i find a copy? or how can i fix thanks in advance

Welcome back to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Try installing Omen Commend Center (OCC) from the Microsoft Store (Link).

 

This app may auto update or you may have to uninstall the current OCC version before installing the Microsoft store App.
