HP X24ih
Microsoft Windows 11

Good day,
I have such a specific problem with this monitor, and that is that if I set the colors in the HP menu to NEUTRAL and change the brightness to 95, then after restarting the PC, everything will come back to me ... A reset won't help, nothing. I don't understand why ... I have an AMD Radeod 7700 series graphics card from 2012. Can anyone advise me which one? I've tried anything bee to turn off the monitor from sleep mode, but nothing helps. I've had a Samsung monitor before and nothing like this has ever happened to me.

Hi@RKostik1972,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP X24ih Gaming Monitor.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update HP X24i LCD Monitor Driver from HP.COM.
  • Check with different PC or laptop and check if it works.

For any hardware issue or repair please click on the link Phone Assist Worldwide

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
