how can i use my multi-format SD media card reader, what sort of media card reader will fit in slot

Welcome to HP Community

 

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

To insert a card:

 

1. Hold the card label-side up, with connectors facing the computer.

2. Insert the card into the memory card reader, and then press in on the card until it is firmly seated.

 

To remove a card: ▲ Pull the card out of the memory card reader

 

The SD Card Reader is a Multi-Format Digital Media Reader which  Supports SD/SDHC/SDXC formats
