10700k running hot

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When playing demanding games my 10700k average around 75-80c with highest around 82C

 

Is this normal is there anything I can do to make it abit cooler aside form upgrading the cooler. 

 

Also what kind of cooler is it that their using
