Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I asked this question before and did not receive a good answer. For some reason it is showing that 2.1 gb of my RAM is hardware reserved. It is not the RAM stick because i bought 2 new ones but the it still reserves 2.1gb. How can I fix so I can use all the RAM. I know its because microsoft ready play. So how do I fix this.

@MGG97

That is a known issue which is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.

And from Microsoft PlayReady.

Okay. I know what the issue is. How do I stop it from reserving it then?

Hello
this is not possible, otherwise it would be indicated in the document

the only option is to add more memory
