HP OMEN 870-224
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

After replacing the memory in my HP OMEN desktop, it has began beeping (3 long 2 short) when powered on. The PC first booted normally showing the RAM, but it wasn't until powering it off and then on later this occurred. Looking through past support forums it seems to be a memory issue, which would make sense given that I recently changed them. However, even after removing dust from the memory slots and sticks themselves (and trying the old stick) in every possible configuration, the beeping has continued.

I have tried brand new RAM as well (correct DDR4 and same mhz as original RAM), but no luck.

The RAM DOES seems to get power as the new RAM have RGB and turned on when put into the PC, but the beeping continued. Because of this, I do not believe it is the RAM slots that is the issue (although I can be wrong).

I have cleaned every fan, reseated the RAM many, many times, reseated the GPU, CPU, and dusted the whole PC. Each fan still spins and the system turns on, but never posts nor sends any sort of signal to the monitor, just beeps.

Please send any possible solutions to this issue.
