Microsoft Windows 11

On starting pc all fans power on and ram rgb flashes then stops, same time as keyboard/mouse, then lights goes back on ram and keyboard but starts beeping, 3 long 3 short, i have tried all methods online, reseating ram, graphics card, cmos, hard reset nothing changes, one instance is when the ram moves to a slot it was not previously in the beeping stops but no peripherals work. there has been no display at all in every instance.

It appears from the desktop beep code chart that there is a graphics chip failure.

The product number you posted covers a range of specific models with individual product numbers.

If you know the exact model number of your PC from the list, if it has an add on graphics card, see if you can run the card with the onboard graphics (if applicable) and if your PC has an AMD processor that can run with the onboard AMD graphics adapter.

Some AMD processors require an add-on graphics card be installed and the onboard AMD GPU is not supported.

My model has a ryzen 5 5600g which i believe has integrated graphics, however the motherboard does not have a hdmi or displayport. I have tried running the computer without the graphics card and it beeps the same. The graphics card is a rtx 3060.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what you can do to fix the problem other than to install a different graphics card and see if that works.
