So basically the only thing I'm curious about is if I can put a 3080 graphics card in my computer Ive looked everywhere but I couldn't find a direct answer.

You misrepresented the model number, it is an HP 870-244
Pick an RTX 3080 card. Look at the length of the card. Most are over 11 inches. Your motherboard is only 9.4 inches. Do you have length past the motherboard to be able to drop such a long card into the area. Finally the RTX 3080 is a 320W card, so you need a new PSU. This 700W Rosewill is modular, look at the measurements. It is critical depth.
