30L Omen PC

I bought this 30L Omen pc and upgraded the power supply and gpu. As of recently, my pc turns on then off then on again but shows nothing on my monitors and the only way for me to turn it off when it boots back up the second time is to unplug it. Any help?

[Omenproblemss]

I believe I have the same problem. I included an Imgur link so you could see the video of what is actually happening to the PC. The PC is bought off Amazon and it's been here with us for about a week, everything was working very well until one morning it decided to stop working. I thought maybe it was a faulty power outlet or something of that nature, but after trying multiple power outlets my theory was invalidated.

It seems like the PC is trying to turn on, but the power short circuits and is not allowing the PC to maintain a constant flow of electricity, although this is just a theory of mine and I am no expert in this niche.

(The red glare in the video is from my other OMEN which is standing right next to the OMEN which is currently not working.)
