30L RTX3080

First, I’m new to pc’s.
Recently purchased an Omen 30L and while I’m thankful I was able to get a 3080 I’d go a different route if I could do it again. I immediately wanted to change cases which required a new motherboard and a few other things but now I’m looking to change the driver wires and having much difficulty finding adapters. Do they exist for this card? Also, am I ok to download the new motherboards bios?Although confusing,  I read on some old thread that oem cards come with a locked boot and aftermarket do not. Will this boot lock cause problems if I update the bios?

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS OMEN Desktop PC 30L GT13-0000ax  and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,

Changing the case doesn't require to change the motherboard, it's optional if you want to. And what's a driver wire?
