is there a firmware update for the 30L GT13-0046na motherboard as the current version latest updates on the hp support app 3.90.0.5 causes tmp not be acknowledged by games that require it for anti cheats like call of duty

Welcome to the HP Forum. 

Quite a few folks in this Forum are having the same problem you are experiencing.

HP will have to issue a new BIOS for your MB which updates the Secure Boot (PK) database.

The latest BIOS update, I could find, for your PC is at this HP Site. This update was released in April, 2025.

I don't believe this update will fix the Secure Boot (PK) database problem. Try this BIOS update if you have not updated your MB's BIOS in a while.

It has come to my attention many HP PCs will also need a BIOS update to fix an outdated TPM version problem.

So there are two different issues causing gaming problems in various games:

- Outdated Secure Boot (PK) data base.

- Outdated TPM version.

Only HP can fix both issues with a BIOS update.
