I was wondering if I could upgrade my RAM of HP PAVILION TG01-2xxx Gaming desktop from a single 16 GB stick to 2 16 GB sticks.

What is the exact model of your computer?  I need this information to review the specifications.

 

I will say before you reply that it is best to replace memory with matching pairs.  Most HP motherboards have "Dual channel memory architecture".  The matched pairs ensure that you will get the best performance from the upgrade.
