I plan to make massive changes to this computer but I am having trouble finding a PSU that is 750 watts and compatible. I could be going about this the wrong way, I am not that familiar with computers. If it would help I am planning on installing a ryzen 9 5900X, 2 8 gigabytes of HyperX fury ram ddr4 3200 mhz, and a radeon 6800 xt. I would apreciate the help.
Thank you in advance

Hi
Sorry, not thinking clearly today.
A dual slot graphics card may butt up against the power supply limiting airflow to the graphics card and the power supply.
Your MB may have some XMP memory upgrade limitations.
@NonSequitur777 can provide additional assistance on compatible 3200 memory.

Thank you, @Bill_To, for making me aware to assist -much appreciated.
@TwistedKilla14, your OMEN 30L GT13-1114 Desktop PC (328M9AA), according to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=328M9AA, is fitted with the Hana motherboard with SSID: 8876, which HP classified as "Micro ATX" enabled, meaning that this motherboard is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, and you could swap it with any industry standard ATX power supply, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your desktop.
Your OMEN was fitted with a Cooler Master 500-watt power supply with p/n: M22295-001.
Please take a look at this fully modular 750-watt Corsair SFX (p/n: CP-9020186-NA) power supply option: https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-Platinum-Certified-Modular-Supply/dp/B07M63H81H/ref=sr_1_3?crid=25682..., and check if its dimensions fit in your case. LxWxH: 3.94in (100mm) x 4.92in (125mm) x 2.5in (64mm).
Let's talk about RAM.
Please note that HP computers are very particular when it comes to RAM -and achieving max RAM speeds in particular. If you use anything other than 'HP-sanctioned' RAM, it may or may not meet expectations, be aware of that.
With this in mind, your OMEN 30L can be fitted with/supports up to 4 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks. For most (Gaming) applications, I would recommend 2 x 16GB or 4 x 8GB RAM sticks.
Looking here: UserBenchmark: HP OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-1xxx Compatible Components, almost all User HP OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-1xxx rigs are fitted with these HP branded Kingston RAM:
Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-8XR 2x8GB
Kingston HP37D4U1S8MR-8XR 4x8GB
Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-16XR 2x16GB
Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-16XR 4x16GB
There are some alternatives:
1.) Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB [16GB DIMM DDR4 2133 MHz clocked @ 3733 MHz]
2.) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB [16GB DIMM DDR4 2133 MHz clocked @ 3200 MHz]
3.) G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 C16 2x16GB [32GB DIMM DDR4 2667 MHz clocked @ 3200 MHz]
4.) Hynix HMAA1GU6CJR6N-XN 8GB [3200 MHz]
5.) Micron 4ATF1G64AZ-3G2E1 8GB [3200 MHz]
Other quality RAM I had great success with -such as:
1.) Crucial CT2K16G4DFRA32A 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin.
2.) TIMETEC 75TT32NU2R8-16GK2 EXTREME PERFORMANCE HYNIX IC 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin.
3.) And you'll need two of these: Samsung M378A2G43AB3-CWE 16GB, DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin.
PLEASE NOTE: You need to ascertain if your OMEN 30L has (full) BIOS XMP access and/or see if you can manipulate your RAM speed with the AMD Ryzen Master OC software, which you can download from here: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/ryzen-master.
An RX 6800 XT requires a minimum 700-watt power supply and two 8-pin PCIe power cables. As @Bill_To already mentioned, look carefully at its dimensions for fit.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777
