My PC beeps 8 times, each beep lasting one second with the interval of one second, after I updated the bios using the instructions on HP’s website. So far HP’s support has been unhelpful, if anyone knows potential solutions please let me know, I already tried a hard reset and all the keyboard combinations, I am unable to locate the cmos battery.

Greetings @Surren10
Welcome to the HP Forum.
The eight beep code is a corrupted BIOS caused by a failed BIOS update. This suggests the following procedure may recover the BIOS.
The PC needs to have: video and active USB function for a successful HP USB BIOS recovery.
Create USB BIOS Recovery Flash Drive:
This error can sometimes be fixed by downloading a recent BIOS update on a second PC. Run the BIOS update on the second PC to create a bootable USB BIOS recovery stick.
You need to provide, in the Forum, a specific HP product number such as GT13-1566nd to get the exact BIOS update for your MB. Or you can use your PC's product number to search for drivers at HP. Then select the BIOS update option. Download the latest BIOS update for your PC.
Try the BIOS Recovery:
After creating a USB BIOS recovery stick then follow BIOS recovery steps in the image (below) taken from this HP Site. Additional information can be found at the HP Site link.

Other BIOS Recovery Options:
The BIOS may have to be flashed using a different method by a local PC Tech if you cannot create the HP USB BIOS recovery flash drive or the USB BIOS recovery fails. The Tech would need a recent BIOS file.
