Trying to figure out if my 828A motherboard is compatible with a i7-6700k cpu. The motherboard specs say "only with Ariia+" and a google search doesn't find much clear info of what that even means. Also wondering IF my 828A iss compatible, is it capable of overclocking the i7-6700k, since it only has the 4x4 power pin. Thanks for any definitive help in advance

@onyxdragon33 , welcome to the Community.
Here are the "Product" and "Motherboard" Specifications for the computer. If you look at the section titled "Processor upgrade information" you will find a list of compatible processors. The i7-6700K is on the list. Since the computer didn't come with a "K" processor installed you will have to use a third-party app to overclock it if it can be done. I say that because not all motherboards allow for overclocking. You should see an improvement in system performance with the i7-6700K without overclocking.
Please click the "Yes" button if my reply was helpful and "Accept as Solution" if your problem is Solved!!
