OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT14-1000i (6J771AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hey!

I have an Omen 25L i got some years ago but I've been swapping out parts to the point its not even recognizable as an HP computer anymore and I have never had any issues until now.

System Information:

Corsair 3000D Airflow

32G DDR5 5600Mhz

13th Gen Intel i7-13700F

Msi RTX 5080 Gaming Trio OC

Windows 11 Home

Stay Silent 1000W PSU

ArcticL HP motherboard

Arctic 280mm AIO Black

My most recent change was to swap my case to a larger one because the 25L case was too small. At this time i also swapped the GPU, PSU and my old CPU fan for the Arctic AIO.

Sometimes when i turn on my pc it gives me the 90B error and tells me theres something wrong with fans and that the computer will turn off automatically unless i press enter. And if i do the system works literally perfectly. CPU temps almost never go above 50, GPU temps never go over 64 and everything works like a dream RAM included.

Sometimes when i hard reset my PC (turning off the power supply, holding down powerbutton to empty the charge) it goes away, but then it comes back again later. I tried swapping some fans and at some point i had 2 4-pin connectors that were unplugged, and at that point it showed me 2 90B errors. Then i put the fan back and 1 went away. For 1 of my Noctua fans i've been using a splitter that takes the original cable and splits it into 2 4-pins so that i have enough reach to connect it to my motherboard.

Could that 1 unplugged 4-pin from my Noctua fan be causing said error? I'm kinda lost and all help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I seem to have resolved the issue. The front fan in my PC is a Noctua 120mm. And after checking the Bios it does not detect the status of said fan even though it works perfectly?. After disabling Fan-Check from bios preventing the PC from checking if the front and back fans work properly on launch it seems to have removed the error. This may be a bad way of doing it, but since the computer works perfectly i am more than contempt at not having that stupid error.
