Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2T3A6AV)

Good day,

i would like to know when you will release the BIOS update to AMD Agesa 1206, cause the actual Agesa version for the actual BIOS makes the pc to randomly stutter (the well known fTPM problem with AMD processors, solved months ago by AMD itself with BIOS update...). Thanks.

I don't work for, or represent HP.

 

The latest BIOS updates for your PC are:

 

W10 https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/omen-15.6-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-15-en1000... 

 

W11 https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/omen-15.6-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-15-en1000... 

 

I am providing both OS links because the updater may be OS specific and I don't know what OS you are using.

 

I don't see any reference on updating AGESA to the latest version 1.2.0.7 or the previous version 1.2.0.6. in the "fixes" section. The BIOS update may or may not solve your problem.

Hello. Thanks, but i have already updated BIOS when It was released. The problem Is that HP have to provide an update with that agesa version, which was released months ago by amd...
