How do i access the hidden advanced setting tab in the BIOS?

The BIOS is:

BIOS F.25

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Sorry to say your PC's MB/BIOS would not have hidden BIOS settings.

Your PC's BIOS would also not have: memory overclocking or CPU overclocking options.

I see Thank you for the help, last question. The RAM Is 8 GB 3200 MT/s, i want to change the RAM and upgrade It, more RAM same Speed, Will the new RAM go at 3200 MT/s or slower since there Is no xmp setting.

(I'm not that good with PC so i don't know)

Chances of buying retail RAM, rated at 3200 MT/s, running on your PC at 3200 Mt/s are very slim.

Check Crucial Memory for memory upgrades. Use the Crucial Scanner.

Crucial guarantees memory compatibility but the Crucial RAM may run at the JEDEC default memory profile. Contact Crucial to see if Crucial memory will run at 3200 MT/s when installed in your MB.

You can check HP Part Surfer, using your specific PC's product number, for HP memory purchase options. HP may only offer 8 GB memory modules or memory may not be available for sale.
