After installing XMP certified memories the speed is stuck at 2400 and the advanced settings menu is not available in Bios settings.
Memories: Kingston Fury 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 CL16-18-18 1.35V XMP

The information from HP is not correct: HP OMEN PCs – Configure XMP-compatible memory that is not verified by HP | HP® Customer Support
Any suggestion if there is any way to activate the Bios settings so that I can setup the XMP profile as needed?
Or any suggestion for an alternative memory that works with my pc?

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!
Your KF432C16BB1K2/32 RAM is defaulting to its SPD (Serial Presence Detect) speed:
Link: KF432C16BB1K2_32-B.ai (kingston.com).
Your OMEN 'configurable XMP' should be able to access this RAM's XMP Profile #1, but apparently it doesn't/cannot. Point is, HP computers are known to be finnicky when it comes to RAM, and especially achieving max RAM speeds. Consider similar disappointing RAM experiences many "HP System OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-1xxx" Users encountered as seen here: UserBenchmark: HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-1xxx Compatible Components, such as this User: HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-1xxx Performance Results - UserBenchmark:
Best thing to do is to purchase RAM that has been shown to run well on your system, and at 3200 MHz.

Honestly, 'stick' with the stock Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-8X 8GB RAM, either in the 2 x 8GB or 4 x 8GB config.

Again, when you look at actual-factual HP System OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-1xxx Users here: UserBenchmark: HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-1xxx Compatible Components, this RAM stat supports what I recommended:
You could try a Crucial Pro 32GB RAM Kit (2x16GB) DDR4-3200 UDIMM with p/n: CP2K16G4DFRA32A.
